Petland puppy mill protest

Join us on Tuesday, May 13th from 5:30-630pm to take a stand against Petland Scottsdale and the puppy mill industry they profit from. Signs will be provided. Petland is the only national chain of pet stores that still sells puppies. According to the HSUS, 99% of puppies sold in pet stores come from puppy mills and the HSUS has received over 1,500 complaints about Petland puppies. Undercover investigations at Petland have found: dead puppies in plastic bags in freezers, sick and suffering puppies with diarrhea, vomiting and dogs too sick to eat, and staff at multiple locations admitted sick puppies were common and rarely taken to the vet.
