Directed by actor and Born Free Foundation patron Dan Richardson and filmmaker Giles Alderson, this feature-length documentary uncovers the stories behind the global shift toward plant-based living.'FOOD FOR THOUGHT' offers a fresh and uplifting perspective on the movement shaping our future. @FoodForThoughtDoc follows a group of first-time plant-based participants as they embark on a 30-day vegan challenge, documenting their highs and lows in raw and relatable video diaries.
