Let's get together for delicious VEGAN waffles at Tia B's La Waffleria, 3710 Campus Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87106 Get in line to order at the counter when you arrive. The wait can be long, and vegan options are a bit limited, but they are delicious. Good choices include the (V)(GF) Bombay Coconut waffle with coconut whipped cream and mango (or you can negotiate some other fruit toppings) or the (V)(GF) Tostada - Yellow Corn Masa waffle with black beans, calabacitas, red or green chile, tomatoes, red onions, cilantro, avocado available as an extra. Having a backup choice is a good idea since not all items are always available.
