VSDC Vegan Children's Playgroup at the Cherry Blossoms

Join Us for a Spring Stroll at DC’s Cherry Blossoms! As the weather warms up, let’s celebrate the arrival of spring together at the beautiful DC Cherry Blossoms! Bring your little ones for a fun afternoon of fresh air, scenic views, and some playful moments among the blooms. We'll kick things off with a leisurely stroll around all or part of the Tidal Basin (depending on group preference), followed by some time for play and picnic in the area. Vegan snacks will be provided, but feel free to pack your own lunch, and of course plenty of water to hydrate your little ones. Since we’ll be walking and the area can get crowded, strollers are recommended for younger children. We’ll meet at the Tidal Basin Welcome Area (near the paddle boats), located on West Basin Drive, between the Franklin Delano Roosevelt Memorial and the Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial. Look for Jen, the organizer, in a green VSDC shirt with her toddler, Joseph.
