Carême's "It's Almost Spring" Dinner

The American Vegan Society will host an “It’s Almost Spring!” Dinner prepared and presented by culinary students. These future masters of haute cuisine are learning to cook gourmet vegan fare! This special event will take place Tuesday March 11, Wednesday March 12, and Thursday March 13 at 6pm at Carême’s, The Academy of Culinary Arts, Atlantic Cape Community College, Mays Landing NJ.
