Virtual Documentary Night: Food Coop [Voting Night]

**YOU MUST WATCH THE FILM ON YOUR OWN BEFORE THIS EVENT** For this Virtual Documentary Night we have voted to talk about the documentary, Food Coop. In the middle of an economic crisis, in the shadow of Wall Street, an institution that represents a less well-known American tradition is booming. The Park Slope Food Coop: a cooperative supermarket where all 16,000 members work 3 hours per month to earn the right to buy the best food in New York at incredibly low prices. Again, you must watch the film before attending this event. This is a Voting Night, which means at the end of the night we brainstorm and vote to decide as a group what we will watch the following month, so please come ready with your recommendation.
