Meet Diane Rose-Solomon, What’s Plant-Based Cooking Good Looking?

Join us on February 27th at 1 EST as we welcome Diane Rose-Solomon. Diane has been vegan since 2019. She originally went vegan out of compassion for animals. Other than breakfast, pasta and salads, however, Diane didn’t know how to cook anything plant-based. That is, until she took a vegan cooking class. Now she enjoys helping others go from plant-based curious to plant-based confident. Her company What’s Plant-Based Cooking Good Looking? teaches people how to easily cook and eat plant-based, or go vegan. Diane has written books about animal rescue and produced short films about the human-animal bond. She earned a Plant-Based Nutrition Certification at eCornell and is a Vegan Lifestyle Coach and Educator.
