About this event
🐨❤️ Let’s get together to MAKE ART, eat snacks, and build community! Bring an art project to work on or do one using our FREE supplies. Times are bad.. we need to stick together. If you need a space to talk about the heaviness happening in our society, come. If you want to just hang out and quietly work on an art project surrounded by friends, come. Hope to see you on 2/16!
WHAT IS KOALA CLUB?
🌟 K.O.A.L.A. (Kindness, Outreach, Art, Laughter, and Activities) Club is a NEW art, social, and snacks club by Animal Rights Collective Portland (ARCPDX) designed for folks who care about animal rights and want to connect with others in a fun, low-pressure way.
🌟 It's all about creating a space where we can de-stress through art, laughter, and community. The world can be weird, but hey, we’re in this together—so let’s eat some snacks, make some art, and have a good time.
🌟 All are welcome (ESPECIALLY NEWBIES!) to attend K.O.A.L.A. Club regardless of their activism level.

🟡 3. If you have social anxiety or are feeling overwhelmed by what is happening in the world, this club is for you! Feel free to come talk about the heaviness happening in our society or just hang out and quietly work on an art project surrounded by friends.
🟢 4. A place for outgoing people - we need your energy too!
🔵 5. A space to create bonds that will promote change for animals, people, and the planet. This club is purely social but we’ll take a few minutes to share about other upcoming ARCPDX events if you are curious about getting more involved in activism.
