Political Prisoner Support

At this Meetup, organizer and activist, Michelle Del Cueto will be speaking about how we can support people who are incarcerated, especially people who are incarcerated for their activism to help animals and the environment. We will learn about specific political prisoners from our movement and other social justice causes and how we can support them and not let them be forgotten. We will share some resources for people to know how to contact people and become their penpals (or phone/text pals depending where they are incarcerated). After the presentation there will have an optional 45 minutes to write letters and mail them to people.
