Favorite Things Potluck

Let's have a Fort Collins (and anyplace else) ALL Vegan potluck! Saturday, February 1, 2025 4:00-6:00 Arrive at 4:00, start eating at 4:30 Community Room at Skyline Mobile home park 2211 West Mulberry, Fort Collins When entering off Mulberry, continue heading straight South. The Community/Office building is on the left (east) side about half way between the entrance and the wood fence. Go slow and you will see the OFFICE/Community sign on the left. Park in front of the building or on either side of the road. Please, if you can help set-up, or clean-up please let me know. I am going to try making a crockpot of sloppy joes so since it's the first time with this recipe it may be iffy. But really, how can sloppy joes go wrong? Small vegan buns will be provided. Please: RSVP, and include what you're bringing, if you know, so there's not all desserts, or all chips..(although that might be good) Bring all your eating utensils, bowls, plates, napkins, drink glass and drink, and possibly some take home containers for leftovers. I don't want to use disposables, if possible Provide serving utensils for your item and be able to, or already have prepared your item into serving sizes. A list of ingredients and/or the recipe are super nice to have near your dish. FYI: There is a full kitchen with stove, oven and microwave. We'll show you where it is and you can take it from there.
