Vegan Cheese Making Workshop

Instructor Steve Leinen, ARC Vegan Mac and Cheese contest winner, will demonstrate how to make Fresh Mozzarella, Cheddar Cheese Ball (spread), whipped feta, and hard parmesan. Attend to watch step-by-step instructions and sample the vegan cheeses afterward! Limited seating due to space. Please do NOT rsvp unless you are positive you can attend.
