Cooking Class w/Stevie Winsborrow at Khronology

Join us as we spend a couple of hours learning how to prepare some great vegan recipes with Stevie Winsborrow of Khronology Functional Wellness. Stevie is a holistic chef and functional medicine nutritionist. This class will be hands-on and the fee will include ingredients, take-home recipes, instructions and eating what the class made at the end of the session. The menu will be posted the week of the class. Some examples of what could be included: nut and mushroom based bolognese, cashew based creamy dishes, chocolate pudding from avocados, pulled mushrooms, quinoa fritters, etc. SOS (sugar, oil, salt free) and Gluten Free will be part of the class.
