Spice Up the New Year@Spicy Moon, Vegan Szechuan

Located in Soho on Bowery at Houston St and voted Best Vegan Asian Restaurant by Veg News, I thought this would be a fun start to the new year. Spicy Moon serves all-vegan Szechuan-style cuisine ranging from the traditional: Mapo Tofu, Dan Dan noodles, Scallion Pancakes to the innovative: Crispy Duck Pancakes, Vegan Duck Wrap, Crabless Rangoon. Their expansive and highly-rated menu includes plenty of GF options and non-fake meat dishes, as well as a selection of Chinese beers, infused rice wine and cold-pressed juices. This Soho location is their third restaurant with a pink exterior and massive 11,000 sq ft. space, giving us plenty of room for our large party.
