Welcome to the RLMI 15-Day WFPB Jumpstart! Prevent, arrest and reverse chronic disease, decrease medication, and feel better in two weeks! To make Jumpstart accessible to as many people as possible, we offer a PAY IT FORWARD pricing model, with options starting at $99. If you’re able, we encourage you to pay at a higher level. Your generosity supports your health, helps the less fortunate access Jumpstart, and strengthens our mission to promote healthier lives, a healthier planet, and lower healthcare costs. Jumpstart takes place via seven live Zoom sessions as detailed in the schedule below. To get the most out of the program, please try to attend all of the sessions. Meeting dates and times for this program: Orientation (important prep session) - Wednesday, January 29, 2025, 6:30-7:30 pm ET Day 1 (first day of diet) - Saturday, February 1, 2025, 1:00-3:00 pm ET Day 2 (cooking demonstration) - Sunday, February 2, 2025, 1:00-3:00 pm ET Day 5 (check-in) - Wednesday, February 5, 2025, 6:30-7:30 pm ET Day 8 (virtual potluck) - Saturday, February 8, 2025, 1:00-3:00 pm ET Day 12 (check-in) - Wednesday, February 12, 2025, 6:30-7:30 pm ET Day 15 (results day, next steps) - Saturday, February 15, 2025, 1:00-3:00 pm ET For more information on the program, please see the About Jumpstart page. The first meeting is an important Orientation session three days before the start of the diet to make sure you can: Test your connection and Zoom basics How to use the paleblue.community Plan your grocery shopping and meal preparation - so you are ready to go on Day 1 Answer questions you have about the program Supplemental personal Jumpstart coaching: An option to purchase two 30-minute coaching sessions with an RLMI Health Coach for $50 (50% discount) will be provided after you register for the Jumpstart program. This individual coaching is for those who want extra support mastering this whole-food plant-based program. The coaching package and special pricing are exclusive to Jumpstart participants during their program. Better health is only a Jumpstart away! Cancellation policy: If you decide to cancel your enrollment, you will be refunded your money minus a $50 administration fee. New members of Pale Blue Dot Community will be asked to fill out a Member Profile after buying a ticket.
