Protest against the Puckeridge and Essex Union Hunt

A peaceful protest will take place opposite The Swan Hotel objecting to the Puckeridge and Essex Union Hunt parade. Hunt Saboteurs frequently report that this hunt actively pursue foxes. They narrowly escaped prosecution in March 2023 following a kill. They also have a Community Protection Order in place against them as a result of their anti social behaviour. As usual, if this event goes ahead, it will be without any of the mandatory health and safety procedures being adhered to. We are liaising with the police, an officer will be close to protesters at all times to ensure they are safe. Wrap up warm and bring waterproofs and placards. See you there!
