7 Days of Rest: Intentions, Blessings, Affirmations, & Prayers for Renewal

Have you ever experienced how powerful receiving affirmations, blessings, and prayers can be? Join this sacred circle of intentions and micro-workshop led by Tams Nicholson of All-Creatures.org and Lisa Levinson of In Defense of Animals to enter a beautiful experience of being guided to bless one another and the creatures, pray for one another and the creatures, and affirm each other and the creatures within the safety of a circle group. Together, we’ll cultivate a positive and peaceful uplifting online space that is filled with blessings, prayers, and affirmations and then transition that loving energy into a micro-workshop where you will be led to create your own takeaways of spiritual self-care consisting of the same - short blessings, affirmations, and prayers that you can put into practice every day for yourself and/or share with the creatures whenever you meet. Such takeaways provide easy spiritual self-care and often a new way to share your intentions with all beings. In creating such take-aways, we prepare our spiritual hearts for daily renewal to live in the mindset of peace, affirmation, and balance in 2025. She enjoys hiking, exercise, meditation, and enjoys empowering others to recognize daily spiritual self-care practices as the foundation to renewal and restorative care. This event is presented on behalf of the Interfaith Vegan Coalition for 7 Days of Rest, an annual, free co-creative event dedicated to the healing and replenishment of the planet and all its inhabitants.
