How to Survive the Holidays as a Vegan

The holiday season can be one of the most challenging times for vegans, as we navigate relationships with family and friends while staying true to our beliefs. Join us for our monthly volunteer meeting, where we'll come together to discuss how to thrive during the holidays as vegans. We’ll cover topics like attending non-vegan celebrations, hosting gatherings for family, choosing to opt out of holiday traditions, and much more. This is a space for us to share our experiences, exchange advice, and support each other during this often tricky season. This discussion is also helpful for non-vegans who want to better understand and support their vegan loved ones. Everyone is welcome! You don’t have to be vegan to join ARC events. Food and beverages will be provided but we would love if you would be willing to share a vegan holiday treat with the group!
