About this event

Foie gras (French for 'fat liver') is a specialty food product made of the liver of a duck or goose. Foie gras is defined as the liver of a duck or goose fattened by force feeding. In this cruel practice, the animals are force fed to the point where their livers are 10 times the usual size. A number of countries and jurisdictions have laws against force-feeding and the production, import, or sale of foie gras. Please join for this Zoom call when we discuss tactics and make an action plan to get this despicable practice stopped as quickly as possible.
