Plant-Based Recipe Club

If you live in Castle Rock and/or The Meadows Neighborhood, check out the monthly Plant-Based Recipe Club! Our November theme is: Thanksgiving! Note: Participants do not necessarily have to be residents of the Meadows, but the HOA does require that we have a certain percentage of residents as attendees - so I just need to keep track. Also, everyone will need to complete a waiver. Join us for our very own mini-friendsgiving! We'd like to invite everyone to bring their favorite plant-based holiday dish to share! A few dishes we're already planning to bring: 1. Brown sugar glazed carrots 2. Green bean casserole 3. Gravy Remember, it's never necessary to bring anything - (another option - just bring a recipe, not actual food)! The more the merrier, so please invite your friends & neighbors!
