Outside For All

The Outside For All event in San Antonio, Texas will take place on Saturday, October 12, 2024 from 9 AM to 12 PM at the Berta Almaguer Community Center at Woodlawn Lake. The event is free and open to the public. There will be some plant giveaways to help attract pollinators to your yard. Nonprofit organizations will share information about outdoor recreation, environmental conservation, and health and wellness. They will also offer free giveaways and games. José Gonzalez, founder of Latino Outdoors, will deliver the keynote address. Mary Jane Verette, SAPF President and C.E.O., and Homer Garcia III, Director of CoSA Parks & Recreation, will provide welcome remarks. Brandon Logan, San Antonio Parks Foundation Board Member & Outside For All Event Chair, will provide closing remarks.
