High Class Vegan Sushi Dinner - Tane in Palo Alto

Let's celebrate the opening of a new plant-based sushi restaurant in Palo Alto, called Tane. This is a limited attendance event due to the small size of the restaurant. This is the 4th restaurant in a wonderful chain of Japanese restaurants. The first one is in San Francisco, called 'Shizen.' They then opened up restaurants in Honolulu and in Berkeley - both called 'Tane.' The Palo Alto Tane just opened in August of 2024 and it's INCREDIBLE. If you been to the Shizen restaurant in San Francisco, which I've done over a dozen times, you'll notice many of the familiar dishes with Peninsula names. My favorite dishes are the Katsu and the Pt.
