PROTEST: Expose Whole Foods' Animal Cruelty!

Location: Union Square Whole Foods: 4 Union Square E, New York, NY 10003 When: 1pm-2:30pm Join Mercy For Animals to reveal Whole Foods' animal cruelty in their supply chain! Despite masquerading as a "humane" and "ethical" option for concerned consumers, Whole Foods continues engaging in the worst forms of animal cruelty. Whole Foods has been profiting off of their consumers who believe their pledge to stop sourcing Frankenchickens by 2024, but Whole Foods only seems more committed to selling meat from birds bred to suffer. Demand that they keep their promise and publish a plan for banning Frankenchickens from their supply chain. No need to bring materials--just bring your energy and compassion for animals! We will have Jeff Bezos' head on sticks, chanting, and posters.
