VSDC Joins PCRM for a Cooking Competition, Mocktails, and Light Hors d'oeuvres

Join VSDC for the inaugural Healthy Hospital Chef Challenge to celebrate the best in healthcare food service at the Physicians Committee’s International Conference on Nutrition in Medicine. To attend this event, you MUST register on the PCRM website in addition to indicating your attendance on Meetup. On the PCRM website, you can take advantage of a special discount price of $15 per ticket for this event, the regular price is $50. Under registration type select “Healthy Hospital Chef Challenge” and add promo code BHC15 on the payment page. Please note that you do not need to attend the full conference to join this event. Hosted by Physicians Committee Culinary Specialist Chef Dustin Harder in partnership with the Institute of Culinary Education, this high-energy plant-based cooking competition will feature three chefs showcasing hospital food at its finest. But there can only be one winner! Attendees will be treated to: Precompetition reception featuring wellness mocktails from Fruitive and light (you will want to have dinner prior) hors d'oeuvres The main event starring the chefs who will battle it out for a cash prize Event swag bag The reception starts at 6:30 pm and the competition is at 7 pm.
