Vegan Potluck at the Park

## Details For the first time, Four Corners Vegans will be teaming up with Durango Vegans to host a potluck in the park! We'll meet at a good halfway point - Boyle Park in Mancos. Whether you come from Durango, Cortez, Mancos, or further afield, this event is casual, fun, 100% free, and open to all. We'll meet up at the gazebo in Boyle Park, but if that's already taken by someone else, we'll picnic somewhere under the shade of the big trees, which are easily visible from the parking area. Meet at about 12:30pm, Saturday, August 17th. These events typically last around an hour, but you're free to stay more or less time than that. What to bring: A vegan dish with serving utensil. If you prefer not to cook, store-bought drinks or simple snacks like fruit or hummus trays are also appreciated. Your own utensils (plate, fork, knife, etc). There will be a tablecloth or picnic blanket, but feel free to bring your own placemat too if you like. Towels/napkins are also a good bet! Kites, frisbees, lawn games if you have them. Very much optional, but very much fun if it's a nice day to recreate in the park after the meal. Friends or relations who may be interested. ALL are welcome, whether you're vegan or not. Please make sure any food you bring is 100% vegan (no eggs, dairy, meat, honey, gelatin, or animal-based broth). Blank cards will be provided at the event so that you can write down ingredients and any allergens that might be present in the food. You can bring your own ingredient card if you want.
