On the 2 July, during our monthly free Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning meeting, we’ll go back to the basics! Blake Hannagan will discuss what MEL is and why it matters. Blake will provide an overview and share insights about the most important standard components of the MEL toolkit such as theories of change, needs assessments, evidence reviews, and impact evaluations.
