Vegan Dinner Meetup at Hippy Eats and Conscious Cravings

We've got our next dinner dine-out meetup and this one's a two-fer! Over in East Austin at the 900 Springdale Food Park, they've got two vegan trailers for us: Hippy Eats and Conscious Cravings. Conscious Cravings has been in Austin for a LONG time with multiple trailers, and they're known for their salads and wraps with seitan, tofu and quinoa and a chimichurri sauce their famous for. (In fact as a cilantro-hater myself, their chimichurri is the only I've ever liked. They have other sauces too.) Hippy Eats is a newer entrant on the scene, and they live up to their name. Their menu includes sandwiches, shakshuka, a falafel plate, a greek pita pizza and salads. You do not have to be a member of the AVVA; all our events are free for anyone to attend.
