Lobster Letter Campaign (SuperStore)

As a vegan, we see death all around us. Its everywhere we look, pieces, body parts, skins, furs and all the damn food signage. We have to put on our best face and ignore what surrounds us as we try to enjoy the fresh air. One of the worst chores for me is going grocery shopping. The biggest graveyards in the city, holding the carcass's, the flesh the bodies of the innocent victims we are trying to save. For the most part I can manage this task if I stay away from the flesh isles in the back. However, the placement of fruit and fresh lobster make it almost impossible for me NOT to notice these poor creatures trapped in a tank in the back of the store. Normally I look quickly, say I am sorry and keep on going because that is all I feel I have the capacity to do. Until now. We have 2 lovely new activists who wanted to do something as well and they lit a fire under me to help them achieve this goal. Bianca and Daija have had enough of seeing these sentient beings suffer in these tanks. And so have I. I am sure the rest of you are sick of it as well. This goes for the Crabs who are suffering in the tanks too. We are going to start off with a letter campaign. This can also mean emails. Simple and to the point. Daija has already done up a sample letter that you can use or alter to your own style. With the letter campaign I like to add in phone calling to amplify the letters and let them know to be on the look out for them. The last stage of the campaign will be the in store and out of store protesting at all locations. Hopefully it doesn't come to that, however we are talking about Superstore and the Weston's don't care about anything but themselves.
