Dancing With Plants Cooking Class: Salsa With Seitan 101

Keith Hughes from Dancing With Plants will be teaching a plant-based cooking class on April 27th, 2024, from 1-2:30 in Longmont, CO. The class will show you how to make two kinds of seitan, a chickwheat seitan and a deli-style for sandwiches. We'll also show two dishes, a seitan salad with tahini dressing, and a dinner main being planned at this time. The price of the class is $25.
