About this event

โ€‹The Theory of Change is the backbone of your monitoring, evaluation, and learning plan. Moreover, the process of creating a ToC helps you to think through the ins and outs of your intervention and helps align your team. In this March meeting, we will share tips and tricks on how to approach the process of designing a ToC, the many forms a ToC can have, and we will share examples. After the lecture, there will be plenty of room for questions and discussion. The meeting in March will be followed by a guest lecture from Tom Billington on 2 April, sharing insights on how to go from a ToC to a monitoring plan. Every month The Mission Motor organizes discussions and lectures on Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning for animal and vegan advocacy charities. We talk about challenges, share knowledge, and develop a community around MEL-related topics specifically to helping animals. After each session, we will share the presentation and a recap of the discussion in #s-mel channel of IAA Slack. The sessions are not recorded to create a safe space for sharing and asking questions. Do you have a question before the meetup? Join the #s-mel channel on the Impactful Animal Advocacy Slack and post your question.
