Vegan Potluck (theme Mexican food)

We're having a potluck with a Mexican food theme! We're going to eat around 6:15. Please tell us in the chat what you plan on bringing. Also please bring a recipe or list of ingredients. Please make sure food is: --vegan (no honey, eggs, cheese, dairy. animal products of any sort) --gluten free (this seems to accommodate a larger number of people and isn't hard with Mexican food --reasonably low sugar and low fat --let us know if you need us to leave out a particular ingredient due to allergy People always appreciate organic if you can. If you don't have time to cook, I will post some ideas of things you could bring. No alcohol, no drugs please. if you need to wear some type of shoe inside, bringing slipper socks or slippers is a nice idea some people have done. If you need to cancel, please do it by 3:00 pm Thursday Mar. 14th because there's always a waiting list.
