In 2015, after a long history of discrimination, the US Supreme Court ruled that same-sex marriage was a constitutional right. In this January Open Rescue Advocates Meeting, Wolfson will be joining us via Zoom to discuss what animal rights advocates can learn from the movement for marriage equality. NOTE: This meeting starts at 10am (PT) instead of at our usual evening time. - IN-PERSON ATTENDANCE PRIORITIZED. We will likely only be taking questions from people attending this meeting in person. While there will be a Zoom alternative, the post-discussion workshop will only be available for in-person attendees.
