Her food celebrates and centres vegetables in all their glory whilst focussing on seasonality and minimal waste. In 2022 Sareta created the Made In Hackney whole food plant-based burger for Fullers pubs and she currently mentors fledgling community kitchens as part of MIH's Global Plant Kitchens programme.
