The FIRST all vegan FUSION buffet brunch in Vegas. Come and feast on a buffet inspired by both American comfort and Mexican cuisines. Las Vegas - a city famous for some of the most lavish, eye-popping and belt-busting buffets but alas very lacking with vegan options. Welcome to the FIRST VEGAN FUSION BUFFET in Las Vegas. With a weekly rotation of menu items, you will feast on some amazing dishes filled with flavors and textures that will leave your taste buds exhilarated. Both Vegas Vegan Culinary School & Eatery and Yaqui Zen Kitchen will be preparing dishes included in this 15+ item buffet. Certain menu items will rotate weekly. We will also have rotations of live music, games, trivia contests, etc. The bar will also be opened for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (at an additional cost).
