About this event
Please join Kathy Hessler, GW Law's Assistant Dean for Animal Legal Education, and Elizabeth Baker, Esq., director of research policy for the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine for a webinar about how scientists interested in animal law but may not know all the ways they can do that.
In this webinar, we will discuss how scientists can help strengthen animal legal efforts (policy, legislation, litigation, education, lobbying, etc.).
This webinar will be the start of a conversation between scientists and legal experts/practitioners to develop more seamless communication and interaction, and to help break down the reluctance many scientists have for getting involved in animal advocacy.
