Vegan Cheese Making Workshop

Instructor Steve Leinen, ARC Vegan Mac and Cheese contest winner, will demonstrate how to make Fresh Mozzarella, Cheddar Cheese Ball (spread), Ricotta, and Smoked Gouda. Attend to watch step by step instructions and sample the vegan cheeses afterwards! This will be recorded and made available on ARCs Youtube account. (If you stay longer, you're welcome to attend the movie screening of Conservation Game at the same location, from 2-5pm). 5149 Bloomington Ave, Mpls is a Masonic Lodge. There is plenty of free parking on the residential street and in their parking lot. Head down the stairs for the workshop.
