Reflecting Back / Looking Forward / Staying Present

We started Conversations with a Friendly Vegan and The PAUW Project to support vegans and veg-interested people to live authentically, with great integrity, and with the skills to nurture healthy relationships. While this is not therapy, we both have professional backgrounds in mental health. We apply our expertise to help build a community where we can delve into difficult topics with compassion and trust. We believe this is foundational to a thriving life, powerful vegan advocacy, and movement toward a Post-Animal-Use World. In this session, we'll reflect on 2023, explore what went well and how we'd like to live better in 2024 all while remaining rooted in this very moment.
