This is our “Kids in the Kitchen” series where we are encouraging kids to get involved in making some fun and tasty plant-based meals and treats. These classes are designed for children aged 5-12 years old. In this fun baking class, Chef Lauren is going to help your kids learn how to make a veganized copycat childhood favorite, Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes! I am personally excited about this class because I used to love these sweet cakes as a child. Oh the nostalgia….vanilla sponge cake, cream filling and white chocolate coating! Kids always love baking, so Chef Lauren was inspired to recreate and perfect this treat. Who needs animal-based products when you can make something so incredible? These copycat vegan Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes make everyone I give them to smile! They are perfect for sharing with friends, family, neighbors or just chowing down on them yourself. Each child will be making and taking home their own creation – hoping that they manage not to eat it before their parent(s) get to sample it! **All classes are hands-on working alongside with the chef. You are making your own dishes and either eating them onsite or packing and taking them home.**
