The chef at Just Pho You in Manhattan's Upper West Side (on Broadway at W. 103rd St) has created a special prix fixe menu for our party: Appetizers: Choice of summer rolls or papaya salad Entrees: Choice of vegetarian pho, banh mi with tofu, or rice vermicelli noodle bowl with tofu Dessert: Mango sorbet Drinks: Unsweetened jasmine tea Cost: $45 includes meal and gratuity.
