Cincinnati, OH (Norwood): Protest Animal Abuse at BJ's Restaurants!

About this event Calling all Southwest Ohio animal advocates! We are planning a week of action (Oct 9-13) against a company that refuses to stop using cruel cages - BJ's Restaurants! Back in 2016, BJ's Restaurants promised to end the use of cruel cages in its operations by 2025—but now, BJ's refuses to tell the public whether they are working towards this goal. When we asked BJ's Restaurants for transparency, the company met us with silence. Together, we need to send BJ's Restaurants a message: We won’t accept silence when the lives of hundreds of thousands of thinking, feeling beings are hanging in the balance. Activists around the country have been gathering at BJ's to show them we care about these issues and we will not back down until their chickens are out of cages. It's time for our strong Southwest Ohio community to show up and hold them accountable for their public commitment. No activism experience is necessary, and all materials will be provided. All you have to do is show up for animals. And please bring friends!
