5K Plant Powered Walks: Uniting Our Communities for Health

No matter your fitness experience, put on your walking shoes for an energetic trek hosted by Plant Powered Metro New York in Central Park. You’ll meet a community of wellness-minded people who are passionate about the ways that food and movement can improve our lives. REGISTRATION REQUIRED BY 9/22: https://plantpoweredmetrony.app.neoncrm.com/np/clients/plantpoweredmetrony/event.jsp?event=3024 This 5K walk will take place in Central Park, meeting up at the corner of W. 90th Street and Central Park West at 9:30 AM to mingle and stretch, and led by Aifra Ruiz, PPMNY Lead Organizer. The group will depart by 10 AM, so please be on time! Please register by noon on Friday, September 22, so PPMNY can communicate with you in the event of inclement weather.
