About this event
The “APC Policy Clinic: the Essentials for Your Advocacy Works in Asia” webinar series is back with another event, on September 8, 2023 at 1:30pm (GMT+7)! Like last June’s event, this upcoming edition will focus on some of the most important aspects of policy advocacy, such as best practices for local and international advocacy programs. Together, we will learn to navigate the complexities of researching, selecting, presenting and emphasizing scientific information in the course of our policy advocacy work as well as communicating effectively with stakeholders.
Our expert speakers come from diverse backgrounds in policy, representing various perspectives and experiences. The event will be conducted on Zoom. Visit our website to register and learn more about our esteemed panel of speakers, schedule and topics.
There are two sessions covering a variety of aspects:
1. Effective communication in policy advocacy - lessons learnt (80 minutes, 10 minutes for Q&A)
2. Incorporating science into policy advocacy in Asia - how to find the common ground (60 minutes, 10 minutes for Q&A)
AfA invites you to join us for the discussion. To participate in the live conversation on Zoom, please register to participate. Registration is free and now open:
