Do you want to go vegan but have no idea what to shop for in the grocery store? Or maybe you're vegan or vegetarian and haven't had the opportunity to explore all the options the store provides? Join Chad, a knowledgeable and experienced vegan, in guiding you through Vegan University's Grocery Shopping Tour at Seward Coop in. Chad can answer questions you may have when it comes to those tricky hidden animal ingredients, show you products to watch out for, and lead you to the ones you won't want to leave the store without! All are welcome. Please feel free to bring a pen and paper to create your own list or carry a basket to fill up along the way! Chad will be in the main entrance until about 7:05 to wait for people to arrive and will be wearing an Animal Rights Coalition black shirt. 10 spots available.
