Noon Thai (Vegan)

Keeping to the theme of East Asian vegan Restaurants... Noon Thai Plus Vegan is an unassumingly fantastic Thai Restaurant just south of SOBO that offers more vegan options than many plant based restaurants. Their Rama, drunken noodles and green curry are all local vegan favorites. The curry paste in particular, is plant based by default although, most of their items can be made vegan. In addition to incredible Thai, their vegan menu has recipes from Vietnamese and Japanese cuisine as well. The dining area, ambience & service is much greater than one might expect from the outside & we should all spread the word :) To the wise on spice level... I use ~1/2 tsp of Reaper on most of my entrees & I still felt the level 10 heat from the stir fried Kua (w/ the right amount of bean sprouts) in a great way. Use that as a model for your own risk based decision making if you care to. It's all too good for any of the heat levels to affect I.M.H.O. Here are a couple of images & links to their online menu.
