Chicago, IL Protest Animal Abuse at Jollibee!

About this event Jollibee is the flagship brand of Jollibee Foods Corporation, the largest and fastest growing Asian restaurant company in the world. While thousands of companies are moving away from intense animal confinement practices, Jollibee Food Corporation and its restaurants continue to serve eggs that come from hens trapped in filthy, cruel cages. They are profiting from animal abuse while the hens they exploit suffer in unimaginable ways, unable to even spread their wings for their entire lives. Join local activists in demanding that Jollibee take animal welfare seriously by committing to stop the abusive practice of confining hens to cruel cages. Join us for a peaceful protest outside of Jollibee Downtown Chicago on July 29th at 5:30pm CDT. All materials, including signs, leaflets, and a banner, will be provided. Feel free to bring your own signs if you prefer.
