AfA Policy Clinic - the Essentials for Your Advocacy Works in Asia

Policy advocacy plays an important role in animal protection works. There are diverse ways in which organizations could collaborate with one another, with their governments and with intergovernmental organizations to advocate for the betterment of animal welfare. However, engaging in policy could be a formidable task requiring deep understanding of current trends, customized strategies, strong partnerships and sound skills. Knowing that there is a need for a platform for experts and organizations to share their skills in this field, the idea for a Policy Clinic was conceived. AfA Policy Coalition (APC) aims to provide a common space for advocates with extensive experience to share lessons learnt and best practice to help elevate capacity for interest organizations. ​ With that in mind, we are happy to announce that the AfA Policy Coalition (APC) is launching three virtual events this year, with the first one entitled ‘AfA Policy Clinic - the Essentials for Your Advocacy Works in Asia’ and taking place on June 22 - June 23, 2023.
