Lifesaver Drive 2023! Keep the Sanctuary Saving Lives!

What do rescued animals have in common with $203,000? That’s what it will cost us this year to feed large-baled hay to our cows, goats, sheep, alpacas, yaks, water buffalos and equine residents. It’s a massive cost, but we make sure the hay we feed the animals here is nutritious and is of excellent quality. In order to ensure we can reserve enough hay to make sure our animals are all fed in the face of supply issues, drought and price hikes, we must raise enough money to secure this year’s food for our many hay munchers. Together, with your help, we will still be here, rescuing, advocating and creating a community around our good work. In order to reach this impossible seeming goal, each dollar raised during the month of April will be generously matched! Will you be a LifeSaver this month to help us reach our goal? Come celebrate the return of Spring with us on April 29th! Experience a beautiful evening at the sanctuary from 5pm-7pm, that includes a self-guided tour with amazing rescued farm animals, drinks, special guest speakers and mouth-watering vegan food from The Easy Vegan. Get inspiration and laughs with First Gentleman Marlon Reis and Dr Kevin Fitzgerald, veterinarian, comedian and star of the popular Animal Planet television series Emergency Vets. The animal side of the sanctuary will be open from 5pm-6pm. Food available from 5pm-7pm. Speakers will begin around 5:50pm. Please note: The purchase of food and drink are NOT included in the ticket price.
