About this event Battery cages are one of the cruelest inventions ever inflicted upon animals. Ending the battery cage means ending the acute suffering of millions of animals. Over 200 companies promised to eliminate cages by 2025—which is only two years away. If our movement doesn’t hold these companies to their word, everything could crumble—not just for us, but for our coalition, for the movement as a whole, and for the hens at the center of this fight.
