Volunteer Day at Outpaws Sweet Home Sanctuary! Shift Two

One spot left! I'm so excited to be able to post a volunteer opportunity to help Sweet Home Sanctuary in Peyton with some great projects that will benefit their resident animal friends. More about Outpaws rescue and the sanctuary, located in Peyton (east of the Springs), here: https://outpaws.org. The big project will be helping build an outdoor habitat shelter for rabbits. There will be some other small projects available as well. We'll have two shift opportunities on April 1st (I'm posting them as two separate Meetup events), but you are more than welcome to show up for both. **Please note we have a rainy/snowy day alternate date set for Saturday, April 8th.** Time: Shift 2: 12-3 Feel free to sign-up for both shifts if you can hang with us all day. (You'll need to sign-up separately for each shift.) Lunch: We'll be taking our lunch break from 11:30 - 12:30. Please bring your own lunch option, and we'll have snacks and some additional food options to share. Bring: Lunch Clothes you're okay with getting dirty Work boots/shoes (no sandals or open-toed foodwear please!) Work gloves Water bottles Tools--an assortment of tools will be helpful to bring, including hammers, power drills, etc. Courtesy request: Since we'll be helping with projects that are dependent on volunteers, it's super important that you only RSVP if you are very confident you'll be able to attend.
