Building the Animal Photojournalism Community

Join us for an engaging evening with award-winning photojournalist and We Animals Media (WAM) Founder, Jo-Anne McArthur and WAM’s inaugural Fellow, activist, lecturer and photojournalist Seb Alex. Listen in as they discuss the growing impact of WAM’s newly coined genre of photography, animal photojournalism (APJ), and share details on their Fellowship program and its goal of supporting and mentoring photojournalists on their journey to tell animal stories. There will also be a screening of two short films and time for Q&A with attendees. Copies of WAM's book titles HIDDEN, We Animals and Captive will be available for purchase and personal signing.
