CreatureKind, Jewish Initiative for Animals, & Unitarian Universalist Animal Ministry invite you to an important interfaith panel on the impact of individual actions and the collective power of community, and how we can come together to work towards a more just food system for animals, people, and the Earth.Faith in Food: Individual and Collective Responsibility in Food Practices will feature clergy and leaders in the Buddhist, Christian, Jewish, Muslim, and Unitarian Universalist spaces. The panelists will share experiences from their own religious communities and how we can look towards collective efforts that include community change, legislative progress, justice movement coalition building, and widespread action for the greater good.Panelists: Karyn Bigelow (Christian), Magfirah Dahlan-Taylor (Muslim), Rev. Tera Landers (Unitarian Universalist), Rabbi Alexandria Shuval-Weiner (Jewish). Moderator: Dr. Adrienne Krone.~~~~~Jewish Initiative for Animals (JIFA), Unitarian Universalist Animal Ministry (UUAM), and CreatureKind especially welcome, affirm, and encourage the participation of BIPOC folks, GNC folks, and LGBTQIA+ folks.This program is sponsored by the Better Food Foundation.
